Appeal letters
Payers deny the care children need in formulaic language. The reply should be just as formulaic, and it should arrive the same day. Each generator asks structured questions, writes the letter in your browser, and leaves marked gaps for the identifiers and clinical detail you add before signing.
Level-of-care appeal
A denied or cut-short inpatient, residential, PHP, or IOP authorization. Builds the clinical summary, the treatment-history argument, the response to the stated denial reason, and the parity and process requirements that apply to the plan type.
Medication prior authorization
Antipsychotics in minors, stimulants under six, branded long-acting formulations, non-formulary agents, doses above a plan limit. Argues from the trial history, the monitoring plan, and the formulary-exception and Medicaid drug rules that apply.
Psychological and neuropsychological testing
Denied testing authorizations: states the referral question as a diagnostic one, documents the evaluation to date, says exactly what the results will change, and answers the "educational, not medical" denial.
